Information for candidates

Personal data of candidates for employment are collected by the legal adviser Maciej Sójka, running the Law Firm of the Legal Adviser (hereinafter referred to as “the Law Firm”).

In the case of a need to request or obtain information from the Data Processor, the contact details are given below:

Personal data provided by the candidate for employment shall be processed by the Law Firm in order to carry out the recruitment process for the position to which the candidate applies until the end of the recruitment process. At the end of the recruitment process, your personal data will be deleted. In the event that a candidate expresses his/her consent to work on the processing of his/her personal data provided in the recruitment documents for the purposes of the future recruitment process, the personal data shall be processed for the period indicated by the candidate, and in the event of his/her absence, until the candidate ceases to need the recruitment services of the Law Firm or exercises the rights referred to below.

Every candidate whose personal data is processed by the Law Firm has the right to:

  • rectify incorrect personal data;
  • deletion of personal data;
  • processing restrictions on personal data;
  • personal data portability;
  • complaints to the supervisory authority;
  • opposition to the processing of personal data;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time if personal data are processed on this basis.
